Angela Malando is the Managing Counsel and driving force behind ABA IP Consultants. With over 15 years of specialist IP practice across Tanzania, Zanzibar and the ARIPO region, Angela leads the firm's trademark, patent and IP enforcement practice. She is qualified before BRELA, BPRA in Zanzibar, and is an accredited ARIPO agent under both the Harare and Banjul Protocols — making ABA IP the only firm in Tanzania simultaneously holding all three qualifications.
Anderson Michael is an IP Consultant at ABA IP Consultants, bringing focused expertise in trademark registration, clearance searches, copyright registration and IP portfolio management across Tanzania and the East African region. Working closely with Managing Counsel Angela Malando, Anderson advises clients on brand protection strategy, BRELA and BPRA filings, COSOTA copyright registrations and IP advisory matters for businesses of all sizes.
